I'm still having problems with getting onto an online game.i tried restarting my router and clearing my cache but I'm still not able to get on even after 4 hours of waiting.Any more suggestions to what I should do to fix this.

Delete your system catch then start up the game.

Delete the full thing from your storage that includes all gta things saved game updates the lot and you should be fine a done it and mine worked you'll only lose your campaign that's it not online

Clears all of your game saves but then when you insert the game it will ask you to update it you say yes and it will give you them all back and might add ones that you don't have like that for example may be stopping you from playing online.

I have all the updates so I don't think that is what's keeping me from doing it

I've had this problem before, I know how aggravating it is. I had to log into my IP address and I had to then go to firewall and check my connected computers and I looked for my Xbox 360 IP and I set my Xbox IP as my MAIN computer and never had a problem after that. You might see your connected computers under a tab called DMZ. Hope this helps!

Your IP address should be on your modem somewhere. but you will need a user name and password.
