JTAG and RGH do the same thing difference is boot times, RGH can have up to 3 nands. If you want to do mods for games then either jtag or rgh dont matter your console doesnt need to be online to have mods go online. You can infect mods from jtag to retail.

Okay, well since people seem to be confusing you a lot I will write this out as detailed as I can.

You do NOT need a Dual Nand. It's just something people would prefer, I personally don't if you're on a tight budget.

I have a Falcon RGH and a Xenon JTAG. I can go online with both no problem. The only way you wouldn't be
able to go online is if you do NOT have an Unbanned KV and Stealth.

If you don't know what a KV is, a KV is what allows you to connect to Xbox Live. With a Banned KV, you can't do anything Online related.

If you don't know what Stealth is, Stealth is a Server that bypasses all the security checks which allows you to go online w/o instantly getting your KV banned. Without servers, there wouldn't be many lobbies around.

No, Dualnands have nothing to do with that. And you wont be "Hacking" anything.
