I have been dying to go online with my RGH but now Microsoft is issuing IP bans. I would hate to get my retail banned. My question is if I use my phone's hot spot feature can I use that to go online to avoid getting banned? Help is much appreciated!

I have heard if one person gets ban while on a VPN so does evryone else connected to it.
