Well basically I took my xbox apart not long ago and everything is fine apart from when I put a game into the disc tray it goes in and spins and says reading for about 2 seconds then keeps spinning and says open tray, I don't know what's happened and need help because I want to iso mod? Please help

Ive had this problem before, not sure if this will work for you but open it up and simply move the reading eye carefully to the center of the tray where the disc is held and that did it for me!

Sounds like the console cannot register the disc drive having a disc inside or it's un-readable hence why the disc stops spinning after a few seconds.
You could try another disc or cleaning the laser lens with a soft tissue.

Believe this or not when you first put the disc in the disc tray when it starts to spin tap the top of your xbox it wont damage your disc if you do it lightly but in the end your will need a new xbox i had the exact same problem and i managed to hold it of for 7 months or so but i needed a new one
