Hello and Welcome to 'Resorption's TTG Support Help Desk', before we start, I do have permissions to do this; I asked TDK and he said that I definitely can do this and he'll see about how this service goes. I take full responsibility for my actions furthermore; This thread was designed so that you can get quick support help without creating a topic and clustering the forum with only quick questions. Here our team of trustworthy technicians who are on hand to aid you with your computer problems can help you on this thread.

There are many things we can help you with such as Build support ( Going from my experience and knowledge), Internet Security, Virus Removal, malware prevention and general help. So if you have a question just reply below.

Carbonite is what they call me, I have extensive knowledge in Internet Security, Malware Prevention, Malware Removal, Computer Build Support and general help.

I finished school with all A*'s in my Computing at school and I took 5 Different lessons in it, I always finished Business Studies with 2 A*'s, but more importantly I have years of experience in fixing, breaking and preventing computer problems.

We currently only have one helper due to the thread only starting up on the 27th May 2014 however we're always interested in gaining new help from trusted sources, I would love to hear why you think you should be apart of this vital service on TheTechGame.

FORM:

AGE: [REAL]
Occupation: [REAL]
Computer Experience: [REAL]

If you would like to request some help, you can fill in this form here!
This is the official form and must be used to generate a request, the reason why we've adapted this form is that it's harder to read when everything is jumbled up in one heap of text. This allows us to separate what the problem is, combat the problem and give you the best advice possible.

Name: [TTG or REAL]
Problem Type: [INTERNET, SECURITY or BUILD etc]
How long has it been occurring: [TIMESPAN]
Problem in Brief detail: [PROBLEM]
Should I post or Message you the advise?: [PM or POST]

I have to add this;

Everything I have said on this thread and ALL advise I give is from my UTMOST EXPERIENCE and GENERAL knowledge from what I have learnt over the year(s).
By this I mean, I will tell you my advise AND if I've EVER encountered this problem before and trust me I've encountered many problems with my computer from Blue Screen of Death to general Hardware failure.

All advise is given from my experience as a technician and what I've learnt, if you do not agree with it, feel free to message me on TheTechGame to talk about it, hopefully this should not occur, if you need any further assistance after you're post, please only edit the post RATHER THAN posting another comment this presents spam, or if you like you could just private message me - private messages stay in the private message sector. I do NOT void peoples privacy, everything that is discussed in PM's will stay in PM's and I trust you'll keep that part of the service too.

You've deleted some malicious programs lately?
That's one of the symptoms of deleting Adware and general malware!
It's a corrupted program, where the launcher is still there but the contents of the file is not there! Hence why you get a run error, well the good part is that it's not malicious anymore due to the file being corrupted however you've now got an annoying pop up.

My first action would be to download a program called "Malwarebytes" which offers FREE or PREMIUM virus-removal, Virus-Protection and Virus-Prevention features!

You can download it here:

After it's installed you will need to click HYPERSCAN and then THREAT scan
That will give you the best results possible for your problem
After that, it will list you ALL results of the virus-scan.
Just click QUARANTINE ALL and it will remove the viruses for you.

Hope I helped, if that does not work we will need to do it the "harder" way which involves msconfig, system restore and the virus-removal techniques.

Regards,
Resorption.

That's fine man, I fight these viruses.

I hate them, the only reason I spent ages learning how to code viruses so it's easier to dissect them and figure out what the hell is going down on my computer!

My favourite Malware remover has to be malwarebytes, that's why I recommend them
