Try this, As soon as you turn it on, press the Eject button for the dvd tray. It'll bypass the plug ins. If that doesn't work then just delete the xex's off your HDD and try again.

yes..it load the logo of the xbox and the it close before letting me choose a profile. and my dvd tray is broken before all the bad thing..

What kind of memory device are you using? Xbox HDD, USB, etc.???

get a usb and get a launch.ini and make sure you edit out the plugins

One of the plugins you are using is making it do that. The new XBLSE plugin does not do that if you don't have time, it just boots and tells you that you don't have time, you could have an older plugin. You may need a newer plugin and to change it you will need to unload all of the plugins by getting a newer one, putting it on a USB. Then you will boot you Xbox 360 from pressing the "power on" button then pressing the "eject" button 1 second after. This will unload your plugins and will boot to the dashboard. You can go to XeX Menu and replace the files and do what you need to do. After this you will turn off your xbox then turn it back on.
