If you are perma banned do they stop charging you monthly if you have a credit card on your account?

Yes, I do believe the ban automatically cancels your billing cycle. If you notice anything taken out on your next cycle contact Microsoft asap.

Contact Microsoft and have them disable it, it stays on if its activated.

It was on a free one month account I made. So I'm not sure if the auto renewal is activated.

This is true i have recently had a friend tell me was perm banned and he got charged for his membership today and yes you do have to call them to cancel

I did it over a chat with one of their employees and he canceled it. Actually worked very diligently. But thanks for your guy's responses. Have a nice evening.

I did the same thing with my banned account earlier used the xbox chat to cancel membership:)
