Doesn't seem like any effort has been put into it at all. The white background on that pic hasn't even been removed. And no effects have been done on the text. If your just starting then I guess it's okayish.

I am a Beginner in Photoshop and I can do good YouTube Banners but I just started doing Avatars and I will put some more effort into it!

I have a Question:

How would I remove that white Background? ( Isn't it like Chroma Key)?

There are a couple things you are going to look for in art that will make something a good piece. Substance- something that you can describe it as such as COD, abstract, pixel, graffiti, or something of the sorts. Yours has no distinct theme, we can not tell what it is. Depth- you want some depth to your image so that it doesnt feel like we are looking at a carboard box with a homeless mans writing on the side of it. If you want you can message me on skype
