Can I snap and watch Netflix while playing a game?

Not all apps are fully functional with the snapping system on the Xbox One.
There is sort of a bypass around this so that you can snap Netflix while playing a game.
What you have to do is hit the dashboard button and go to the Netflix app and start up a show or movie. Once you do that you can go back to the game and you are now able to snap Netflix.
