Out of date plugin?
I think you need to boot with eject button and remove the plugin if that's right

Or press the turn on button then eject I had this problem when the nee dash came out and my plugins where out of date

Turn your RGH on with power button and right if the ROL starts blinking THEN presss eject button. It will bypass your plugins. If its not a plugin, plug out the HDD and try booting without the HDD
