ATF wrote Sounds like you didn't get the official xexmenu or possibly installed a corrupt one.
First you're going to need:
-Xexmenu
-Dashlaunch (to create a new Launch.ini)
-Take off HDD
-Create a dashlaunch folder on your USB and install dashlaunch to the folder
-Put Xex menu on the Root of a USB
-Put USB into JTAG/RGH
-Turn on JTAG/RGH
-Go to Dashlaunch and create a Launch.ini(Save settings to USB by pressing x)
(Read settings from USB by pressing a)
-Clear your ENTIRE cache including the cache folder on Xex menu.
-Reboot console
-Go into USB and delete everything on it
-Remove USB, Turn off console
-Plug back in HDD
-Boot console
it does not boot it glitches and thats and it is official xex menu i followed xxmoddedwarfarexx tuts

Sorry but I can barely understand the problem either because you don't know English very well or just a poor explainer. If the green debug light flashes and KEEPS flashing that means it's not booting at all eliminating ANY possible way of being a plugin. If that is the case then this is either a problem with the wiring, bad NAND, or just stubborn zephyr. Some questions, have you flashed your NAND at all? Have you dropped it or hit it at all? What is the last thing you remember doing before it stopped working? And can you boot into xell? ( booting the console via eject button FIRST ). My guess is cpu_rst wire got desoldered or it's just a stubborn zephyr. Either way you'll probably have to send it back whether that's getting it re soldered or replacing with this "falcon" he was supposed to send you in the first place.

Have you even tried to boot into Xell? Instead of pressing the power button press the DVD Drive button and it should boot into Xell. If it doesn't then your RGH Has had some dodgy wiring. Also this is why you should buy from Trusted Sellers as this user is now banned and is none of TTGs concerns :/
