How come people talk so much about how console will die and people will lean toward pc but a xbox one or ps4 is stronger than a 500$ gaming pc
EX: i have a a gaming computer SPECS:
AMD A10-6800k APU w/ Radeon 4.10GHz
8gb ram
64 bit operating system
This PC cost 600USD and can bearly play Rust or Dayz @ 20-30fps
Or did I just buy a shitty ass computer

PS4 > Xbox One > $400-$500 PC
In terms of graphical capabilities FOR THE PRICE and longevity. The PS4 and Xbox One have great graphics, better than what you would get with a comparable PC.
One thing to note is that you'll probably have to upgrade that low-end gaming PC in a few years to even run the latest games, but the eight-year old Xbox 360 can still run COD: Ghosts.
Don't get me wrong though, PC is better at higher prices, and at $600-$700+ it becomes a much better purchase. But at that budget, I'd rather get a console.

A PC is more than a gaming system, it can do a ton more stuff than a console. Youre looking at it in the wrong way.
