Ok so I sent money on paypal as a gift and have not received my item and the supplier wont reply. Can I get a refund?

As far as I know you can't. I think you can only get a refund if you send it as business

You can file a dispute through paypal to try and resolve the issue. thats what I suggest

Unless you Dispute the transaction you cannot get a refund. Never send money as a gift bro.

Just becareful sending it as a 'Gift' next time as it's seen as a gift and may be harder to get refunded. If you send it via business then you have something to fall back on
