hey guys i'm trying to download a friend account but i keep getting this >> [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] do anyone know how to fix it?

he has second step verification , u need to login on xbox.com and get the code from his phone or email and then download the profile

You need to verify it on xbox.com just type the email and password for his account and it will send him a code. Once you type the code in, you will then be able o download account
