I have had the 5C for a while now and I played the video and the audiobhas gone like an old radio, any suggestions?

Try adjusting your audio settings in case it may have been changed. If everything seems fine then I would try restoring your phone and see if that solves the issue. If not, I would suggest scheduling an appointment with Apple to have your device exchanged and or repaired.
