Hey everyone, is their anyways I can change Windows 8.1 to look like Windows 7 without downloading anything from a third party?

Nope, you have to get a third party software like ClassicShell

The easiest thing to do would be to just download a Start Menu application - which is practically the same experience as Windows 8.
I know that would count as 3rd party software but there would be no other way really.
