In between 2:00-4:00 I think. Just dashboard every like 10 minutes.

I would guess 5 AM. That's when the map packs for Treyarch used to come out at, but I'm not positive since it's Infinity Ward, but that would be my guess.

My friends stayed up all night for the Black Ops II DLCs to come out and they said they stayed up until 5 AM to get them. I'd assume they'd go around there give or take an hour.

I remember waiting for the old Black Ops maps, they would always come out at like 7-9 am for me, I use EST.
