I attempted the pentool again
This time the project was much
bigger. It's not exactly finished yet,
still need to add more shading and details.
However, I just want to know if it
looks ok at this point.
Also, are there any suggestions?
Ways to improve upon this piece?

Looks very nice!
What I would say though is that the lines all seem the same thickness. Maybe thin out the lines in the hair and nose a bit?

The lines need to vary in width. Lines are a primary factor in shading.
The hands need more lines but they need to be thinner.
