The thing is that if people get caught doing this they can be issued a ban since its a glitch and as you doing it and geting it for free they won't take it lightly since they are losing money.

Good Post! To be fair, I though people already knew about this. I pretty much did the same thing by accident but it only works when I sign in and out of the original account with the pass...

Not everyone can license transfer cause the person with the season pass may have already done that to someone

Once the maps have been downloaded under his account he does not need your account, It's like he bought the maps without buying them basically
