You need lots of skype contacts and a subbot
TBH clans don't really get popular on YouTube.

Ignore this nonsense!

You do not need a subbot, earn your subs. Also skype contacts have nothing to do with running a clan haha, skype is not required at all.

Content is the key, if you are doing the same as everyone else (luckshotting) then you will struggle. You really need to change it up somehow, consistency is also a big deal. Uploading on a regular basis will let subs know that you are serious about what you are doing.
