The short answer is no, I'm afraid not dude. The reason I asked is because there is a very slim chance it can be done on older model iPhones e.g 4, 3GS, 3G etc.. As if you were lucky enough to have saved the IPSW for iOS 7.0.6 onto your computer, you may have been able to use SHSH Blobs to downgrade. However, this IPSW is only available up until the time when Apple stop signing them. Sadly this has long since passed. So, even if you had an older device, you would have had to have saved the software in that time window anyway. Sorry man. Although, if you read my post on Jailbreaking for 7.1+ on all devices, there shouldn't be too long a wait (hopefully) to get jailbreaking again.

You most absolutely can downgrade.

You can even downgrade from iOS 7 to iOS 6 if you wanted to.

To do this, you will need to find a version of the IPSW file online because I seriously doubt that you have a copy saved on your computer. These files run about 1-2GB in size. In order to do this, you will need to hold down the Shift key on PC or the Option key on Mac while hitting "Restore From Backup" in iTunes. This will open a window where you may select the file you wish to restore from, which will be your new IPSW file that you've just downloaded.

Keep in mind that these IPSW files are device based so make sure that you get the one that matches your iPhone model. You will mess up your phone if you choose the wrong file.

WARNING: iOS 7.1.1 backups will be UNUSABLE by 7.0.6 or anything before 7.1.0. Do not do this if you do not want to lose your information.

EDIT: I am not just pulling this out of my ass, I have performed plenty of downgrades before due to my use of the iOS betas. It is more than possible to find any IPSW that you need.

No worries dude, you and me both! I was forced to restore my phone and update it to 7.1 after adding a bad repo to cydia, and after realising I couldn't jailbreak again I was devastated haha

You can't downgrade A5 devices once the signing window has closed - he has an iPhone 4S which is the first A5 device

Like the dude said I'm pretty sure if you download ios 7.0.6 for your iphone model you can shift click restore then select the ipsw and downgrade
