I finished the game now and have been doing the fixer contracts to try and get enough xp so I can unlock all the skill points to finish the skill tree.

It's been taking me a while to earn the skill points and was wondering what the best way is.

Any help is appreciated.

I have had the same problem but I found out the most
effcient way, basically just do some Online Hacking or Tailing; they're pretty east and give 1 skill point each time, also try to do gang hideouts since they give points too. Try and get headshots on people or disable cops by shooting there legs and when you do it enough times you will get a skill point

Ive found that the most efficient way is to get wanted on the bridges that rise up so that after a while the police can't find you then go away earning 250xp every time

Every Gang Hideout gives you skill points. This is the only other way to earn them besides leveling up.

I unlocked most of the Skill Tree by finishing the Gang Hideouts.

Very simple and fun! way to get skill points!
