I'm Deputy of a newish RS3 clan and were in need of active clan members, there are no requirement, you can be F2P, P2P, Level 3, brand new to runescape...

You don't even need to recruit, or cap in citadel, it would be helpful if you helped out with those and of course the more help you are the higher your rank will end up.
