so i brought xblse and go all the updated folders, ran xblse.xex then console turned off now it gets to logo then dies? an know why?

but when i take my hardrive out it boots fine?

you dont run the xex you set it as a plugin

following a tut that said run it, not my xbox wont load fml?

Plug hdd back in

boot console with power then press eject straight after

then remove all plugins and start again dont launch the .xex

there are points on the rf board that you can touch with a screwdriver and it activates power or eject just watch a tut on it or connect you xbox hdd to your computer and look in the files and folders and remove the plugins from it and from the launch.ini file
