Okay, so I preordered Advanced Warfare when it was just for the camo in Ghosts. But then this update for AW comes out saying that you get this Advanced Arsenal as a preorder bonus, does that mean I get that as well or no?

Yes you do, just go back to your retailer and tell them you pre order and they will give you a code.
