I can connect to link.
I am connected to the internet (Not XBL)
Everything is fine, aside from Neighborhood not being able to find my IP Address.
Please help, thank you.

Are your laptop and console wired both to the same router?
Which IP are you using? (Don't tell me the IP, just where are you getting it from?)

My console is wired, my laptop is not.
I am using a static IP Address on my Xbox.

That could be why try using dhcp or whatever

My console doesn't receive an IP when I use DHCP, I'm unsure why.

Try wiring your laptop, it could possibly be the connection is timing out because of bad connection or anything really..
Other than that, use the IP on the 3rd page of xex menu on your console

Yea I tryed using the ip on the xex menu but it works when it wants and also randomly changes sometimes and I'm unsure of that
