Seems really pricey compared to other builds. I'd assume you'd be in the jungle the whole game or be a seriously good ganker to get this full build around 30.

That would work depending on the match situation.
I still prefer a more tanky Udyr.

I'd change the boots of swiftness for Merc treads with Alacrity.
Zephyr for a randiuns and the guardian Angel for a Spirit visage.

That's what I build on Udyr but it's entirely situational. If your team is winning and you don't need to tank then you can get more of a damage build.
