I am using my modded GPD and i will continue to do so! I have not been banned!
The Auto ban rumors are false!
There is no way a playlist hot fix can "read" files on anyones XBOX, this includes GPD's!
If this was the case 3arc would be in breach of MS's terms of service! They are in NO WAY allowed read right access to any files stored on anyones XBOX!
The hotfix ban wave rumor's are BULLSHIT!

Treyarch have every right to know what's in the Black Ops GPD and can mess with it ;)

The millionth ban wave on itself however is certainly not BS.
It's like all Treyarch employees come to work once each week and just ban people for the fun of it -_-
And to the person above me: same here, not saying it's some fancy autoban but I did get banned about 1 minute after logging in with a modded GPD so yeah.. lol

i agree with tom i have yet to be banned until then i call it bolshit i bet they are just banning those left over xp modders cause i have not done any of that

they can find you really easy by searching their database for people with that clan tag

The GPD is stored on your xbox in your profile they are not allowed to read from FILES, this is un authorized and abuse of the computer act, its in fact AGAINST THE LAW!
Its a banning wave yeah maybe, But they are not auto banning by GPD's.
More than likely
* Leaderboards
* Clan Tags that are not allowed ie 3arc

yeah if u take gpd mods online u will be banned for fact. unless u have dvars that havent been exslpioited by the banwave! i my self am permaban
