simple rules must follow
-MUST HAVE MIC OR GETTING KICKED (NO KINECT)
-NO STEALING COP CARS
-NO STEALING WEAPONS FOR POLICE STATION
-MAKE REALISTIC
-DONT CONTINUOUSLY RUN FROM COPS
-ONE SPEED CHASE AT A TIME
-COPS CANT ABUSE POWERS.
