I recently got ghost for my xbox one and my 360 profile was glitched out to 10th when I joined a domination games is there anyway to reset myself to have a more enjoyable experience on xbox one

There is no way to reset yourself. You could just make another account on the Xbox One and use it to play Call of Duty.
If your home account on the Xbox One has gold, you can make as many accounts as you want and they will all have gold.
