Your PSU will be taking air in from inside the case and pushing it out the back, thats how all PSU fans work. Your GPU fans are pointing upward too so they'll be pushing air out the side of the card. if you want to add another fan then you can put one on the back blowing out.

You want positive pressure in the case. Air will flow out the back without a fan installed and you should be able to slightly improve airflow around your card by removing the PCI bracket covers that are not being used.

That's what I was thinking. I will be getting the Corsair Carbide SPEC 01 soon so I will have much more space
