For only 4.1 GHz, it's way too high. You can hit clocks like that without any overvolting. I've given you my warning and you're free to ignore it.

I changed it now.
By just doing nothing: 1.008 - 1.016 V
When i play games: 1.182 - 1.200 V but mostly its in 1.192 V
Is this ok?
