I want an a modded EBOOT.BIN that works offline for GTA 5. I have one currently on my PS3 but it has No Cops, and I wanna have some fun. So, if there is one without god mode, I would prefer that, but will take whatever I can find.

Please comment below if you can help.

Just use an RTM tool with a debug EBOOT, works offline and online.
