How do I connect speakers to my xbox one to play sound, I PLAY ON MONITOR so sound doesnt come out threw it.!

You could use computer speakers and just plug them into the monitor. I use to do this on my Xbox One before I got my headset.
Make sure you have a headphone jack on your monitor before you purchase anything.
