Is it impossible to get recon armor for Halo 3? I checked on the bungie.net website because my main account got banned and I just got the vidmasters and I can't find it anywhere. I tried looking it up and there was nothing explaining it. I tried Halo Waypoint, I tried 343's website, I tweeted to them, and nothing. Please help!

You can no longer get recon. When Bungie made the transfer over to 343i, 343i gave everyone who played halo 3 before recon. Now no new accounts can get it including having the vidmasters completed.
