Thank you for viewing atleast, but I would like some help. Right now I am playing a game called League of legends on my laptop in which the cooling fan has been out for a very long time so it will melt down eventually. When it does I wanted to build a somewhat good gaming computer. So I was wondering if anyone could make me a build sheet of parts that would be good enough to run for instance a game, music, and a page of internet running. My budget would be around $800 - $1000. Only bad thing is that I have no experience building any type of PC so this would be a new thing for me. Help is very appreciated

Currency, do you need an OS, keyboard, mouse, monitor, or just the tower?

Currency: US dollar, windows or apple windows is probably cheaper, and I need monitor and tower. If it came down to it, i could connect my TV to the tower so a monitor isn't mandatory.
