Trying to remove my GPU and the tab thing is being a problem. I have been holding down and trying to remove GPU but i don't know if it locks down into place then i remove it? How much pressure can i put on the tab i dont want to break it... Rep if it worked

Have you unscrewed the expansion slots..

All you need to do is push the tab down till it clicks then remove the gpu

Yes ive done that. So if i push it down hard enough it should snap down and i can just pull it put?

Yea, similar to your memory slots just click it down then pull it out.

Just make sure you have unscrewed the slots and then just click down on the tab.
