Ok guys I want to buy a JTAG or an RGH. Can you guys explain what the difference between the two are, and which one should I go with? The max I'm willing to spend on this is $200 or maybe a little more. Thanks for your help!

Read the reply above me for the info you seek. Once you have made a decision on whether or not you want a console, I have Slim RGHs for sale for $200 plus shipping in my shop. It is a sticky in the marketplace, and can be found here:
