Gameplay
Zombieville USA is a sidescrolling survival game set in the Zombie Apocalypse. The goal of the game is to make it through each area while looting and hiding in houses. The loot in these houses is random, so you'll have to get lucky if you're out of ammo. You gain money by killing zombies. This money can be spent at the weapons shop after you beat an area. There are 18 weapon choices which range from assault rifles, high powered pistols, machetes, and even a flamethrower. Sometimes you'll even get lucky and find a stray car, tractor, or ambulance. The areas get ever so difficult as you progress through more, so you have to buy the more advanced guns. You can play as a large set of characters including a medic, a ninja, and a clown.

Graphics
The graphics in Zombieville USA are what you expect from a typical mobile app, but what they chose to do with their limited graphics were what made them special. The characters and zombies are designed amazingly, and there animations were great and never choppy. The background, which includes trees and a full moon, is a great thing to look at when you're hiding from the zombies in a house. The houses look like actual houses, but with a certain apocalypse feel to them, and I really enjoyed that. I also enjoyed the vehicles and the bad*** feel to using them. The graphics were a really great part in the game.

Controls
There is a very limited set of controls in Zombieville USA. There is the joystick, which is placed in a great area on the mobile device's screen to make it easier to move your character. Secondly, there is the red firing button. It is close to the melee button to help you combat zombies in the best way possible. The melee button is a big help with keeping the zombies away, and it was a great feature to include.
