Tweaks:

Mainly for the lockscreen is Jellylock7, Just never added extras.

Subtlelock, for the clock above with the date.

Zepplin icon pack for the anonymous.

Hideme8 for hiding (attempted but failed)

Aelon 8 (Glyphs & Circles only)

I got the background from an app called ironically, 'wallpapers.'
