Hi Guys

I need help, my Razer Deathadder and Deathstalker have stopped working. I was downloading Razer synapse 2.0 while playing a game and during the install they just stopped working. The lights stayed on and where glowing but the mouse had stopped moving and clicking and the keyboard had stopped working too. Due to this I turned of my computer and when I turned it back on they still didn't work but the lights lit up. I have tried them both on my laptop and they work fine but on my desktop they don't.
