The website doesn't require you to be active. People can utilize TTG in whichever way they see fit. That could be one time for a download or as a member of the community.

Yeah man they should clear peoples names who are inactive and or banned within like 6 months so people can get them names ;)

There is a really easy solution to this, however, staff will probably never do it.
Everyone registers with an email, so if you're inactive for a certain time [1 year for example] you should be sent an email and you have 30 days to visit the site/login to your account.
If you fail to do so their name should be available again.
It could work, I would be pleased if they ended up doing it lol, but once again, I doubt they will.
They've made it clear several times.
