Is there a website that allows you to view new URLs that are generated on a website?

For example: Each item that is listed for sale on eBay it has it's own page with it's own URL. A new item is listed for sale on eBay every few seconds therefore a new eBay page with it's own URL is generated every few seconds. Is there a website that will allow me to view the new URLs as they are generated?

I tried looking up a few things and couldn't find anything. although I don't think this would happen due to security issues.
