You're not supposed to run the plugins if that is what you are asking.

Here is what you do.

1. Put the plugins (xbdm.xex and XRPC.xex) on the root of your HDD.

2. Look for your launch.ini in 360 neighborhood or in xexmenu and transfer it to your computer whether you use a usb or ftp via neighborhood.

3. Open up the launch.ini and look for a section called plug-ins. You will see a list of plugins 1-5. This is where you will write xbdm.xex in one plugin and XRPC.xex in another. (Make sure you spell them correctly.)

4. Save the launch.ini you just edited and put it back on the root of your HDD.

5. Reboot your console and you should be good.

Open it up and see, I think it is if you have only used dashlaunch before. If it is the correct one, rename to launch.ini. Also post a pic if you want of the info_launch.ini and I will tell you. I am pretty sure it is the same tho, double check just to make sure.

the launch.ini is on your HDD root

open Xex and press RB scroll down until you see it and paste it to USB
put usb in PC and open the file and edit it so it will read your plugins

no i don't have a skype. check the root of your HDD for launch.ini if it is not there then open up that info_launch.ini and look for the plugins area. Fill it out, save it. Rename to launch.ini and put back on root of HDD. Then just reboot.
