hello all, idk if this goes in this section of forums or not, but where can i buy a liquid cooled xbox 360? or can someone show me where to get parts?

They are very rare, from what I've seen they are almost always done by the owners. I don't think anyone here would be up for the task, but you can try contacting some of the people with stickies in the Xbox 360 Marketplace and see if they would be able to do it.
