If you created the pattern around the circle, it's an amazing piece! But to me, it still seems like you just got two images, put one in front of the other and removed the background for it to fit inside the circle. It doesn't seem like any editing has been done.
I'd advise to blur the mountain image so it makes the center stand out in comparison. I'd rate this an 8/10 if you created the pattern but if you didn't then a 3/10..
