I need help I try to play zombies but anything I click in the zombies menu makes a message pop up and it says blah blah blah I have a build problem can someone please help me

that happened to my buddy did it say some bullsh*T about you not being able to build anything? correct me if im wrong but i dont think it means anything my friend was able to build stuff in his 1st game of that popping up
