so i bought an xbox one and like a lot of people it kicks me out of a game of ghosts online halfway through and displays the infuriating message! ive noticed this is more apparent for virgin media customers and i am one myself. i do believe that it is the connection rather than the xbox considering i used wired and still the same. any thoughts on what i should do or say?
