We are looking for a partnership but , we have copyright strikes but that is because of the music used in our montages so we couldnt really help it , can we still get a partnership or can we get rid of the copyright strikes , or do we have to make a new channel in order to partnership and re-upload the videos?

Well I'm pretty sure ALL network don't tolerate strikes, deleting them is the best option, or if you get permission from the creator of the music.

Keep in mind having strikes can get your channel terminated from YouTube.

You can still get a partnership after the strikes expire. Each strike takes six months to expire. Make sure the music is royalty free next time.

A majority of partnerships do NOT like strikes, you have to show them your strike-page actually. Cause when you belong to their partnership, those strikes also are their problem.. /:
