I do not want anyone fighting over what is better but what is better, a EVGA GeForce GTX 780 Ti 3GB Superclocked Video Card vs XFX Radeon HD 7970

The 780 Ti is much faster than a 7970/280X. Better comparisons would be 770 vs. 280X and 290X vs 780 Ti.

"Superclocked" is EVGA's marketing term for a very tame factory overclock. The chips may be speed-binned better and the electronics may be of somewhat better quality.
